Glen L. Spivey, MAI

Glen L. Spivey, MAI has been actively involved in commercial real estate since graduating from Florida Southern College in 1988.  In 1992 he became a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a State Certified General Appraiser in the state of Florida.  In 1994 he received the "MAI" designation from the Appraisal Institute.  Currently, Glen is the President and owner of The Spivey Group, Inc., a full service real estate appraisal and brokerage company located in Central Florida.  The Spivey Group has five commercial appraisers in the litigation department and four fulltime residential appraisers.  Mr. Spivey has appraised over 1,000 parcels for eminent domain and mortgage purposes.  He has also been actively developing and managing commercial real estate since 2001.  Within the last three years, he has brokered a Winn Dixie shopping center, developed two commercial strip centers and a three acre residential lake front parcel.  Mr. Spivey is on the President's Counsel of Florida Southern College and is a member of the Association of Eminent Domain Professionals.
