Jeff Sanford

Jeff Sanford, a resident of College Park, entered the appraisal field in 1998. While earning a Bachelor's Degree at the University of Central Florida, Mr. Sanford worked over 30 hours a week as a researcher in the residential and eminent domain department of our company. After graduating in 2001 and becoming a State Certified Residential appraiser, Jeff has led the Residential Department through the highs and lows of the Central Florida Real Estate Market, offering extensive knowledge and expertise to clients.
