Joanne Beresheim
Joanne "Jo" Beresheim, State Certified Residential Appraiser, has been with The Spivey Group, Inc. since January 2004. Mrs. Beresheim attended school in Gainesville, Florida before relocating to Maryland. She has been in the central Florida area since 1990 and currently resides in Deltona with her husband and two daughters. She has worked as a research appraiser for the litigation department and is currently working as a Certified Residential Appraiser in the residential department.
