Robert W. Simmons Jr., MAI candidate and State Certified General Appraiser has been involved in the appraisal industry since 1988 and an employee of our company for thirteen years. Bob has been involved in residential, condemnation and litigation appraisal assignments since 1991 and has been project manager on over 19 county and FDOT projects. He is currently an appraiser in the Eminent Domain Department here at The Spivey Group, Inc. Mr. Simmons, a native of central Florida, graduated from Boone High School and earned a B.A. in Economics from Rollins College.
