Ted Hastings, III, MAI, SRA

Ted Hastings, III was born in Orlando, Florida.  He graduated from Stetson University with a major in Real Estate in 1960; currently and for the past 38 years years active in condemnation appraising in eight central Florida Counties.  He is Past President of the Central Florida Chapter of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers.  He has extensive expertise in urban road projects with loss of parking, cost to cure, and damages to the remainder.  He has appraised a variety of properties including power lines, water treatment facilities, billboards, cemeteries, mining properties, wetlands, interchange parcels with limited access, special purpose properties, and vacant properties with difficult highest and best use analysis.
