Marc Rachlin
Marc S. Rachlin, a Registered Trainee Appraiser, has been the chief research analyst for The Spivey Group, Inc., since January of 2003. While working for our company, Marc has also attended Florida Southern College as a full time student and graduated in April of 2005 with a B.S. in Finance and Production Management. Marc has assisted our company in all forms of data research including data books for eminent domain assignments.
